Tropical storm Ernesto a little stronger, interests in Jamaica should monitor its progress.

Tropical Storm Ernesto with winds of 60 MPH (95 km) with higher gusts. Gradual strengthening is forecast during the next couple of days and Ernesto is expected to become a hurricane on Sunday. The forecast track the center of Ernesto moving across the Eastern Caribbean Sea over the weekend and will pass near or south of Jamaica on Sunday

Ernesto is located 14.1N 67.21W, about 305 miles (490Km) SSW of San Juan, Puerto Rico, about 690 miles (1115Km) ESE of Kingston, Jamaica. Maximum sustained winds of 60 mph (95 km/h) with movement West or 275 degrees at 18 mph (30km/h), minimum central pressure of 1001 Mb (29.56 inches)
